The Mayor of Portales read our proclamation for FTD Good Neighbor Day!For every person that brings in 3 cans of food (for the community services center food pantry) we will give them 1 dozen carnations free! WHILE SUPPLIES LAST
But there is a catch....we ask that you keep 1 and give the other 11 to 11 different people to spread goodwill throughout our community!
